- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could give them negative stars, I would. I have never encountered a less compassionate, caring, or helpful company. Ever. They are inexpensive for a reason. You get what you pay for. If you're considering an insurance company, pay a few extra dollars for better customer service. Even if you're a safe driver. Accidents still always happen, and you don't want them representing you when they do. Wether it's your fault or not, they do not look out for your best interests. They only look after themselves.
