  I'll start of by saying the staff is very professional, informative and friendly. Took my puppy into this animal hospital after sometime of experiencing him being lethargic. He wasn't walking or very active, even during the time under examination with the vets. After running tests and having him returned to me, he was still not very active. I simply carried him to my car to continue resting, without examining him on return. Once I got him home and resting on the coach I noticed his ear had been opened. He had his ears cropped about two weeks before taking him into this animal hospital and they we're healed and on track for posting. Roughly half of one of his ears is completely opened and fresh. I'm not sure what kind of torque would have to happen for a closed laceration to open, but it was plenty of force. The mistreatment behind doors is unsettling. I would of gladly stayed with him to hold or distract while they preformed any tests... I'm beyond irritated with this. If this has damaged his process or outcome for his ears there will be actions taken against this animal hospital. I wouldn't recommend letting your animal out of site. I'm not claiming this is their practices with every case, but this is a terrible experience for myself and my puppy.
